We do recommend that you register, either as a tenant or a landlord, as this will enable to save your searches as favorites. What we offer: Tenants: Free registration. We do recommend that you sign up for one of these free trial credit reports, so that you can present this to the landlord on request. Please do not be ashamed if you have a poor credit record, ALL of our landlords are committed to working with you, even if you have a poor credit report. You credit report will show your rental history, which is what they are interested in. Owners/Landlords: Normal listing is free. However, we would really appreciate it if you could give us a donation. This can be in any amount, we are not fussy! This will help us towards server costs. Featured Listing has an extremely low cost of $5 per month subscription and will enjoy first page placement and also on featured pages.
